Building Design

Building design will explore a variety of options at the concept design stages before progressing to more detailed design development. Our design process adopts all areas of logical design thinking and factors in everything from modern day trends to everyday ergonomics. Designs are soon developed into schematic designs and are usually submitted to the local authority for planning consent, once concept designs have been agreed. Fully detailed construction drawings are provided (as required) to the local authority for Building Rules consent. Once approved, these drawings can then be issued for construction and submitted when requesting quotes from building contractors.
